Công ty Cổ phần Thương mại và Đầu tư Xây dựng số 32 Hà Nội tiền thân là Công ty Thương mại Tổng hợp Huế được thành lập theo quyết định số 01/QĐ/UBND ngày 04/01/1993 của Chủ tịch UBND Tỉnh TT.Huế. Công ty là doanh nghiệp Nhà nước có 20 năm kinh nghiệm hoạt động trong các lĩnh vực thương mại, đầu tư, sản xuất hàng xuất khẩu, kinh doanh du lịch, dịch vụ. Trong suốt quá trình hoạt động và phát triển, Công ty đã góp một phần không nhỏ cho sự phát triển thương mại, du lịch và dịch vụ của tỉnh.

Tháng 7/2004, Công ty được chuyển giao về Tổng Công ty Đầu tư và Phát triển nhà Hà Nội - Ủy ban Nhân dân Thành phố Hà Nội (HANDICO) theo quyết định số 2350/QĐ-UB ngày 20/7/2004; 4698/QĐ-UB ngày 28/7/2004 và đổi tên thành Công ty Thương mại và Đầu tư Xây dựng số 32 Hà Nội - Hanoi Trading and Construction Investment No 32 ( TCI-32). Ngày 19/06/2006, thực hiện quyết định của UBND TP Hà Nội số 2834/QD-UB, Công ty chuyển thành Công ty Cổ phần Thương mại và Đầu tư Xây dựng số 32 Hà Nội và xác định lại nhiệm vụ cho Công ty.

Ngoài những lĩnh vực kinh doanh thương mại và hàng xuất khẩu, kinh doanh du lịch, dịch vụ ,.. Công ty đã triển khai thực hiện các dự án đầu tư xây dựng công trình thương mại, công trình công nghiệp,  xây dựng phát triển nhà ở và khu đô thị mới trên địa bàn tỉnh TT Huế và các tỉnh lân cận. Kế thừa và phát huy những thế mạnh và kinh nghiệm của Tổng công ty, Công ty Cổ phần Thương mại và Đầu tư Xây dựng số 32 Hà Nội đã không ngừng lớn mạnh và phát triển với phương châm “Hợp tác để cùng phát triển”.

            Hanoi Trading and Construction Investment JSC No 32 is one company of HANDICO (Hanoi Housing Development and Investment Corporation) under The People’s Committee of Hanoi City. HANDICO is one of the big Corporations in Vietnam, achieved in Construction Investment and Trading.
